I aim to create natural, informal, beautiful photographs of you and your children.
how it works
I usually work with families in their homes and gardens. In this way you will feel more relaxed and your children will be in a familiar environment and able to enjoy the experience. We can go to a different location, such as a local park, if you prefer.
My style is a spontaneous capturing of people’s personalities and family relationships, rather than setting up overly posed and formal shots.
The session is often in two parts. At the beginning I will take a series of shots against a black (or white) background for a modern, clean look and then move outside or to a different location to take another series of photos which are ‘reportage’-style images.
how long it takes
I do not set a time-limit but a session usually takes up to an hour and a half.
what to wear
I suggest you wear something casual and comfortable. Try to avoid wearing highly patterned clothes or items with logos on them.
price
The basic price for a session at your home is £125. This includes a contact sheet of all the images and a selection of mini prints of the best shots.
